Trusted HOA management for thriving communities

Why boards choose Premier

Four commitments we put in the management agreement, not just on a website.

A manager who answers, and a portfolio small enough to make that true

Most managers carry a dozen or more associations. We cap each manager at six, and every community gets a named manager plus a named backup who knows your property. Homeowner inquiries get a reply within one business day; emergencies are answered live, at any hour.

Your books, open to your board, all the time

Board members see the same ledger we do — invoices, bank balances, delinquency reports, reserve position — in the portal, whenever they want. Monthly statement packages post by the 15th. Nobody has to ask us for a number.

Vendor advice that isn’t for sale

We take no referral fees, no rebates, and no kickbacks from any vendor, and we own no maintenance company. Contracts go out for competitive bid and the board picks the winner from a side-by-side comparison. Our incentive is your renewal, not a supplier’s.

Two decades in the Salt Lake Valley

Premier has managed Utah community associations since 2003 — through the 2008 downturn, the construction boom that followed, and every legislative change to the Utah Community Association Act in between. Our managers hold CMCA and AMS credentials, and they have seen your situation before.

Communities we serve

Premier has managed community associations across the Salt Lake Valley since 2003. We take on a limited number of new associations each year, with onboarding slots reserved so every transition gets full attention.
