Governance & Administrative Support
Boards are volunteers with day jobs. We carry the administrative load so meetings are short, documented, and defensible.
We prepare and distribute board packets ahead of every meeting, so directors arrive having read the same material. During the meeting we take minutes; afterwards we circulate a draft for approval and track every action item to completion.
Between meetings we are the association’s front desk: answering homeowner questions, maintaining the official record, and making sure statutory notices go out on time and in the right form.
