Use of this site
This website is provided for informational purposes and for use by homeowners and board members of associations Premier manages. By using it you agree to these terms.
Not legal, tax, or financial advice
Content here — including articles, FAQs, and summaries of the Utah Community Association Act — is general information, not advice for your association. Statutes change and governing documents differ. Consult your association's attorney or accountant before acting on anything you read here.
Homeowner portal
Portal accounts are issued to owners of record and to sitting board members. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation. We may suspend an account for misuse or for attempts to access records beyond your role.
Forms and submissions
Submitting a form does not create a management relationship. A management relationship begins only when the association and Premier sign a written management agreement. Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance.
Accuracy
We work to keep the site accurate but make no warranty that it is complete or current. Where this site conflicts with your association's governing documents or your management agreement, those documents control.
Third-party links and services
We link to third-party sites and embed third-party services, including payment processing and mapping. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by Utah law, Premier is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Nothing here limits obligations owed under a signed management agreement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah.
